The subscription covers an eight-week period during the summer, Monday to Friday.

• Monday 6th July will be our Orientation Day, giving children and parents the opportunity to visit the school, meet the teachers/LSEs, and collect their T-shirts.The exact time will be confirmed closer to the date.

• Program hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• The summer club will be closed for Santa Marija week, from 10th to 14th August 2026.

• Outings are not included in the subscription fee.

• The summer club is open to children aged 3 to 10 years.

• All children must be toilet trained to participates.

• Extended hours are available at an additional charge.

• Early drop offs & Late pick-ups will incur a fee of €5 per hour.

• Children must attend the club only on the days booked, unless otherwise advised. Additional attendance is subject to availability. Extra days can be booked at a cost of €15 per day.

• Any absent days are not refundable and not transferable to other days, unless within the same week and subject to availability.

• Sick children should be kept at home. If a child falls sick during school hours, parents are required to pick up their child.

• Full payment is required to confirm registration.

• Refunds will only be provided if the Summer Club is cancelled.

• Only adults listed on the pick up cards are authorised to pick up children.

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Children who continuously exhibit behavior issues will be expelled without refund to protect other children.

• We are a nut-free school so lunches containing nuts are not permitted. Nevertheless, due to surprising circumstances, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.

• If a child suffers from any allergy/ intolerance the club needs to be notified.
